A verified member will have access to the Member space page to purchase advertisement plans and manage Ad Campaigns.

In order to purchase an Advertisement Package, you must be an approved member. Once approved, you will have access to the Member Space where you will have options to purchase Ad Packages.

Choose an Ad package that best suits you and purchase it. Once you have completed your purchase, select the Manage Ad Campaigns menu option on your Member Space page, to start creating Ads.

SINGLE CAMPAIGN PACKAGE

This package allows business owners to display only 1 “active” Campaign for the entire month or year ( based on subscription type ) from the time the package is purchased. Any number of Campaigns can be created, but only one Campaign can remain active.

Example

For example, you can create Campaign-1, Campaign-2 and Campaign-3, but only make Campaign-1 active for the Summer season. During the Fall season, Campaign-1 can be made inactive and Campaign-2 can be kept active.

MULTIPLE CAMPAIGN PACKAGE

This package allows business owners to display a maximum of 5 “active” Campaigns for the entire month or year ( based on subscription type ) from the time the package is purchased. Any number of Campaigns can be created, but only a maximum of 5 Campaigns can be kept active.

Example

For example, you can create 10 different Ads, namely Campaign-1, Campaign-2,Campaign-3, Campaign-4… Campaign-10. During Summer, you can choose to make 3 Ads active out of the 10 Ads, for example, Campaign-1, Campaign-4 and Campaign-5, During the Winter season, you can choose to make 5 Campaigns active out of the 10 Campaigns, for example, Campaign-1, Campaign-2,Campaign-3, Campaign-8 and Campaign-9.

Select the Manage Ad Campaigns menu option on the Member Space page.

If you have not purchased an Advertisement package, the system will prompt you to purchase one in order to create a Campaign.

Once you have purchased an Ad package, the button to create a New Campaign will become enabled.

1. Tap on the button to create your first Ad.
   
2. The New Campaign will open.
   
   Type in a Name, Valid from and Valid to dates.

   These dates will determine when this Campaign will run !!

   If you are not certain about the dates, you can add them later.

3. Tap on the Create Campaign button to create the Campaign.
4. The Update Campaign page will open with the newly created Campaign.

This is where you will be able to upload an Image for this Campaign. This Image will become your Ad slide on your location page.

  Please note that the size of a Campaign Image to be uploaded cannot exceed 15 MB.

You will have the option to change the Name of the Campaign, change the Valid from and Valid to dates, and also decide whether or not to display the Campaign by selecting the Set Campaign State option. Save the Campaign once you have made the changes.

Publish Status

The Campaign will initially be in In Review status. Team OOima will review the Campaign and will set the status to Publish and notify you via email.

Once Published, the Campaign can be seen by everyone if it is set to Display Campaign.

A Campaign may be Revoked if the uploaded Campaign Image does not conform to OOima's Advertisement policy guidelines.

If a Campaign is Revoked, you will receive an email on why the Campaign was revoked and will be advised on how to take corrective actions.
